About project:
"Architects of Non-Formal Education" is an Erasmus+ youth workers mobility project aimed at empowering youth workers by enhancing their skills in developing innovative non-formal education (NFE) methods. The project will equip participants with the tools to better engage and support young people, fostering adaptability to evolving youth needs.
Project Duration: February – September 2025
Project Objectives:
- Strengthen youth workers' competencies in NFE.
- Encourage innovation in non-formal education.
- Foster collaboration and exchange of best practices.
- Ensure youth work remains relevant and impactful.
Activities:
A six-day training course 11.06. – 16.06.2025
in Latvia will bring together 26 youth workers from Latvia, The Republic of North Macedonia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania, Turkey, Spain, and Italy
Expected Impact:
Improved youth work quality through innovative NFE techniques.
International collaboration among youth workers.
Creation of an NFE handbook as a resource for youth organizations across Europe.
Long-term impact ensuring sustainable use of project outcomes.
